I would scrap it just as you posted it. Maybe do some journaling down the left side. Do you title work in the lower right corner so that it sort touches your tree photo. Leave it as white space but accentuate it with red. I wouldn't introduce any other color except reds, maybe Gold or a touch of the green that's in your photo of your tree. I think I would lower the shadow a bit. Just my opinion and if you want me to give it a go, email it to me wildblueeyez at comcast dot net and any info about the photo you want. very sweet photo!
